With its latest updates, Chaos is working toward a more seamless workflow across all phases of a design project using Enscape, its real-time rendering engine. From early design ideas to final visualization, the goal is to help designers present their concepts more effectively while integrating AI tools into the workflow.
These Enscape updates are only part of a broader strategy. In fact, Chaos is developing a more integrated ecosystem that connects its different software solutions into a unified design pipeline. The following overview highlights the main features introduced in Enscape ArchDesign.
Vera Engine 7
Powered by Nano Banana AI, Vera Engine 7 supports multiple stages of the design process. Starting from early concepts, users can transform simple sketches into realistic renders using the AI system.
To generate an image, designers only need to write a prompt and select the desired aspect ratio and resolution. Once the render is generated, the design can be refined further by adjusting styles, materials, or objects with the help of reference images.
This AI tool is also useful in later phases of a project. It allows designers to modify or generate materials directly inside the software, producing ready-to-use texture maps for rendering workflows.

Enscape Impact
As the concept develops, designers can move beyond aesthetics and analyze more technical aspects of the project using Enscape Impact, a new tool focused on thermal comfort.
This feature enables users to preview and analyze thermal performance from the earliest stages of the design process. The analysis is based on parameters such as location, building type, construction year, and renovation data when available.
Designers can review performance metrics through interactive dashboards and generate professional reports to document design decisions. This functionality also strengthens interoperability with BIM workflows.

Improved Grass
Chaos has also improved vegetation rendering in recent updates. Enscape now includes several new grass types that enhance realism and visual detail in rendered environments.
As a result, outdoor scenes appear more natural, with vegetation behaving more like real-world landscapes.
Envision Livelink
Another major addition is Envision Livelink, which improves communication between modeling and rendering environments.
With this feature, designers can modify elements directly in the modeling software and instantly preview the results inside the rendering view. This real-time connection allows for greater flexibility, especially when making late design changes.
Cloud Interactive 3D Streaming
To improve collaboration between designers and clients, Chaos developers have introduced a new cloud system called Chaos Cloud.
With this technology, designers can stream their scenes directly from Enscape through a browser-based 3D viewer. Clients and collaborators can explore the project interactively, adjust the time of day, navigate between saved cameras, and leave comments directly in the browser.

- Cosmos Library Expansion: Chaos has expanded the Cosmos library with more than 1000 assets and introduced a new vendor list that simplifies asset browsing.
- Asset Brush Placement: A new brush tool allows designers to populate environments quickly by painting scattered assets across a terrain while controlling density, overlap, and tilt.
- Lighting Adjustments: The updated light management browser helps users locate and edit lighting elements more efficiently within Enscape.
- Camera Animation: Camera movement and animation tools have been improved with advanced keyframe interpolation, enabling smoother cinematic sequences.
