3DA: How did you start working in 3D field? How much time has been passed and what kind of studies did you do?
EB: Since my first render 3 years have passed. Hahaha, my first works were horrible! But instead of getting sad or disappointed, I always tried to get better, reading online tutorials and watching other people’s work. How did I start? At school I had two ways to show my project, scale model or 3d visual. After my first scale model I was like, nooo I’m not doing that again, hahaha.
3DA: Which are your favourite software and plugins for your daily projects?
EB: For modeling I use Archicad and C4D because these two get along very well and I feel so comfortable with them. For rendering Vray for C4D and sometimes for post production I use Photoshop.
3DA: Tell us something about a project that gave you great satisfactions
EB: All of them! When you love what you do, you try to give 100% of you in each project so they look the best. But if I had to pick one, I’d say my best friends thesis project, Arq. Larissa Ogando Ramirez and Arq. Laura Perez Mestre. I was so happy that I was able to help them in part of it.
3DA: From where do you take ispiration for your artworks?
EB: In reality. I find fascinating to emulate the real world atmosphere. Also in other people’s work; when I see another extremely good work I smile because I know that I can keep growing up.
3DA: How do you live this period of economic crisis? How is it in your country?
EB: I try always to focus in what I do, never sacrificing quality in my works to pay rent. This is my job but also my hobby, my passion. When you give quality, certain public approaches you, and those are the clients that appreciate the good work.
3DA: What would you suggest to people that are approaching to 3D and architecture?
EB: Love what you do. Use forums and FB art pages, talk with other 3D users and Architects about what they do! Analyze yourself about your own work: What could have been better? What I’m doing fine, what I’m doing wrong? Try to always be better.
