3DA: How did you start working in 3D field? How much time has been passed and what kind of studies did you do?
MK: Well… actually, my adventure with 3D field started in a quite funny way. I remember, when in 2009 one of my friends showed me software, how all these stuff looked like, and – generally speaking – introduced to the graphics design. After that, when I came back home, I went completely crazy about it! About 99,9% of my life started to be connected with this field. I’ve been studying everything by myself – I’m pure self-taught. From 2010 I’m a student of Computer Graphics And New Media at the University of IT and Management in Rzeszów. Well, from my point of view, it takes nothing much to 3D design, but I decided to finish it anyway.

3DA: Which are your favourite software and plugins for your daily projects?
MK: From the very beginning I use Cinema 4D to my projects. It seems to be very intuitive and, what was the most important when I started, it’s quite easy to use. Of course, same visualization without postproduction means nothing, that’s why I cannot avoid using Adobe Photoshop and the Lightroom. From about 2 years I also use V-Ray – the only one plugin which I use during my work.

3DA: Tell us something about a project that gave you great satisfactions
MK: Hmm…the project that gave me great satisfaction…for sure it was my first serious job. I was obliged to prepare some visualizations regarding diploma project for one girl. I’ve been total newbie this time for such a project. Of course, I couldn’t avoid any mistakes, problems and lots of sleepless nights – because of the deadline. After this project I got to know, that 3D is a thing what makes my life fulfilled. Now, this girl is a professional architect and I…I can give an interview in here.

3DA: From where do you take inspiration for your artworks?
MK: Inspiration – messy thing. I draw it from everywhere. During watching tv, sitting in front of my PC, meeting my friends, or just walking down the street. The list goes on. Ideas are coming to my mind from everywhere and everytime. Sometimes I just wake up and know, that I need to design something epic! So that’s why it’s not so preconceived matter, as it can be seen from the outside.

3DA: How do you live this period of economic crisis? How is it in your country?
MK: Crisis, like crisis. In some countries it’s really hard these days – ex. in Spain, Cyprus – but honestly, in Poland we’re in a pretty stable situation nowadays. There are still many job opportunities in IT sector and for graphic designers – especially if you’re a Freelancer. What is more, we still do not have euro currency in Poland, what keeps us outside European Euro-crisis. It can be better, but it’s not extremely hard to live in here today.

3DA: What would you suggest to people that are approaching to 3D and architecture?
MK: First of all: DO NOT GIVE UP!! . If things go wrong – don’t go with them. It should motivate and push You, to be better, more active willing to be PERFECT. The success tastes better only if You defeat all the obstacles by yourself. And, at the end: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE – this is the key to the amazing visualizations
