3DA: How did you start working in 3D field? How much time has been passed and what kind of studies did you do?
AB: I started working in the 3D field as an avenue to explain design ideas as an Architectural Job Captain. It was so well received with clients that I decided to make a full time career out of it. I have never looked back!

3DA: Which are your favorite software and plugins for your daily projects?
AB: My favorite software for modeling is Sketchup and 3ds Max. Sketchup, due to its ease of use, and Max for its precession. My favorite rendering engines are Vray for its sheer beauty as well as Podium for its simplicity. I also use Lumion3D quite often for fast and accurate video production. And last but not least… No 3D artist can make bread without Photoshop!

3DA: Tell us something about a project that gave you great satisfactions
AB: When I do large projects in other countries that I often never get the opportunity to visit, I like seeing progress and final photos of our ideas and hard work come to fruition.

3DA: From where do you take inspiration for your artworks?
AB: From a design stand point, I take inspiration from all the natural and man-made architecture that surrounds me. Design has to make sense aesthetically, as well as functionally. From a rendering stand point, there are many great artist in the industry that I marvel over. I am always trying to achieve what some of the trail blazers have created.

3DA: How do you live in this period of economic crisis? How is it in your country?
AB: My company has done very well through the economic crisis. I think this is part of being able to shift gears and think outside of the box. You cannot continue doing business the same way we did when the economic situation was different. I see the same thing throughout my country. The companies that are willing to change and think differently in a different economic period, yield the greatest results.

3DA: What would you suggest to people that are approaching to 3D and architecture?
AB: The 3D architectural world is a dynamic and tireless work place. If you do not have a deep passion for what you do, this is not the profession for you. I tell everyone the same thing, I am fortunate to get paid doing my hobby and my passion.
